At Valet Home Services, we offer flexible, affordable property visits designed for homeowners, landlords and second home owners who need property oversight without the high cost of a contractor or property manager. Whether you're dealing with a vacant home, a short-term rental or simply need help staying on top of home maintenance, we perform structured, checklist-based visits that provide a clear condition of your place. Each visit is documented with a property checklist, photos and notes so you’re always in the loop—no matter where you are.

We currently provide three core service categories: Vacant Valet, Rental Valet, and Property Valet.

🏚️ Vacant Valet

Vacant Valet is designed for second homes, seasonal homes or properties left unoccupied for any period of time.  It’s ideal for sellers, absentee owners, snowbirds or estate properties.  During each visit, we inspect for signs of water damage, pests, security flaws, weather exposure and general deterioration.  We also secure doors and windows, run plumbing and confirm the property remains show or return ready.  Reports are sent directly to you or your agent to support sales, insurance or peace of mind.  Services can be scheduled one-time or on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis, starting at $40 per visit.

🛏️ Rental Valet

Rental Valet supports short-term rental hosts on platforms like Airbnb or Vrbo by offering reliable in-between guest stays.  We check that cleanings are thorough, complete a custom rental checklist and identify any damage.  We can also restock consumables, provide missing equipment and complete light handywork. This service complements your cleaning team but focuses more on oversight, continuity and guest satisfaction. Pricing starts at $40 per visit, with options for one-time, weekly, biweekly or monthly scheduling.

🏠 Property Valet

Property Valet is built for homeowners who need help managing basic upkeep—especially busy professionals, older adults aging in place or newer homeowners unsure what to watch for.  Our visits include small but important tasks like replacing air filters, testing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, checking locks and window function, inspecting for leaks and keeping tabs on signs of deferred maintenance.  It’s an easy way to stay ahead of issues and extend the life of your home’s systems. Services start at $40, with flexible options for one-time, weekly, biweekly or monthly visits.

🔁 One-Time and Specialty Services

In addition to our recurring packages, Property Valet offers single-visit and seasonal options that provide timely help when you need it most.

Pre-Storm Service includes securing outdoor furniture, checking roof and drainage points, adjusting HVAC or water systems and photographing the property for pre-storm condition documentation. This proactive service is ideal during hurricane season and starts at $65, depending on the size of the home.

Post-Storm Service focuses on assessing storm-related damage. We inspect the property for leaks, power loss, yard debris, and HVAC functionality while providing photos and reports that may assist with insurance claims.  Pricing is based on property size, starting at $65. Priority is given to existing clients with active subscriptions.

For anyone not ready to commit to a subscription, we also offer a One-Time Individual Service Visit using any of our standard checklists for $55. You choose the focus—Vacant, Rental, or Property—and we take care of the rest.

❤️ Community Care Visit (Free Service)

As part of our commitment to giving back, we offer one free Property Valet service to an underserved community member.  This visit includes a standard checklist of safety and maintenance checks such as  detector, lighting, hvac and light maintenance for those who are elderly, disabled or financially struggling. Clients may apply directly or be nominated by family, neighbors, or local agencies. Availability is limited but growing as our business expands. We believe everyone deserves to live in a safe, well-cared-for home.
